Holders of a Pakistan passport need an electronic travel authorization (eTA), not a visa when visiting Kenya. The Pakistan passport currently ranks #196 of 199 worldwide, with 32 destinations reachable visa-free or via visa on arrival / eTA.
Kenya is notably open to foreign passports, admitting 198 of the world's 198 other passports without a prior visa; its own passport ranks #127 with 70 open destinations. The relationship isn't symmetric: Pakistan travellers get easier access here than Kenya citizens get in return (e-visa required).
