Privacy Policy
VisaUnlocks is a free reference site. We collect as little personal data as possible — here is the complete list, in plain English.
Last updated: 14 July 2026
What we collect
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate traffic (pages viewed, country-level location, device type). IP addresses are not stored by us; analytics data is aggregated and cannot be used by us to identify you.
Server logs. Like virtually every website, our web server keeps standard access logs (IP address, requested URL, browser user-agent) for security and debugging. Logs rotate and are automatically deleted within 14 days.
Email address — only if you ask us for something. If you request a free Mobility Snapshot or subscribe to route updates, we store the email address you submit and the passport/route it relates to. We use it solely to send you what you requested and occasional related updates. We never sell, rent or share email addresses with third parties.
Local preferences. Your selected passport may be stored in your browser's localStorage so pages open pre-configured for you. This never leaves your device.
What we don't do
No accounts, no passwords, no payment data on our servers, no sale of personal data, no ad-tracking pixels of social networks on our pages.
Affiliate links
Some outbound links (marked with a disclosure) are affiliate links — if you buy from a partner after clicking one, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Partner sites have their own privacy policies; our redirect records only an anonymous click count, never your identity.
Your rights & deletion
Email hello@visaunlocks.com from the address in question and we will delete your data (email subscriptions and generated reports) within 30 days, no questions asked. EU/UK visitors: the legal basis for processing a submitted email is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you may withdraw at any time the same way.
